Ingredients

1.5 cl Valsusa DOC wine
1 cl ginger extract
1.5 cl Vermouth Carlo Alberto White
3 cl Wild Turkey 0
2 dashes of Angostura
Decoration: orange peel and a maraschino cherry

Technique: throwing.
Use a highball glass filled with ice.
Blend in some fresh ginger. Take a strainer, pour all the ingredients and mix using the throwing technique.
Pour into the glass using a double strainer.
Garnish with an orange peel and a maraschino cherry.

He was professionally born as a classic barman and approached the world of flair at the age of twenty-one. He had various professional experiences in Italy and abroad.

In 2000, he began competing in international flair competitions that led him to compete with the best bartenders in the world. Since 2003, he is the head bartender of the Closer Cocktail bar in Torino and, since 2005, he is the co-founder of the Closer Bartender School.
