Sergio and Gabriella recently renovated the entire facility, making it modern and dynamic in line with its current production standards, while remaining faithful to traditional norms. The vineyards grow only grapes for the production of Denomination wine, and recently a decision was taken to convert to organic production.
The typical arbour training, locally called “topia”, gives the landscape a unique and characteristic look: ancient customs that, combined with new technologies, allow assurances of quality and the naturalness of the company’s products. This production business, fully a part of the local wine-making scene, offers an opportunity to visit the facility and appraise its products. It is a dream made reality for the owners, both of whom came to farming after other work experiences.
