A mountain farm, a witness to the tenacity and commitment of the Martina and Sereno families, which have been in Guglionesi for generations, formed at the foot of the Moncenisio to protect its rich farming heritage and local food and wine. The old Guglionesi vineyards have been modernised, and in Chiomonte, in the late 1990s, a hectare of land was replanted.

The new winery is spacious and functional and exploits the potentials of the native (Avanà, Bequét, Grisa Rousa) and foreign grapes (Pinot Nero, Traminer, Chardonnay). The latter grape produced “Sensa Sens” in 2010, the first Susa Valley brut, classic method. “Crè Seren” agritourism offers traditional cooking using its own products and those of other Susa Valley farms, and has 25 beds available. Everything is always done with strong passions, dreams and hopes.
