Created from the Le Baccanti winery, this young business is constantly evolving due to the dynamic owners, Elisa and Massimiliano, who combined the experience honed over the years in their families. It has been focused on grape growing and wine production since the early 1900s. A taste for a challenge and the urge to compete led them to move the business to Cuceglio.
The 2 original hectares are now 8 and should double in the near future in order to fill the many orders coming in, including from other countries. The Erbaluce grapes are side by side with Barbera, Freisa and Bonarda black grapes. In the 30 old casks where the passito wine was kept, two new items for the coming months are almost ready: an Erbaluce di Caluso and a Canavese Barbera that will benefit from 8 months in wood.
