SIX O’CLOCK

Six o’clock: the undisputed historical happy hour in Torino. The cocktail in fact contains two of the ingredients that have made the history of this way of drinking the Italian way: bitter and sparkling wine.

Ingredients

4.5 cl Bitter Anselmo
3 cl Framboise Albergian
2 cl Triple Sec Anselmo
Top: Wine ERBALUCE OF CALUSO SPUMANTE DOCG
Decoration: Orange peel

The drink is prepared with the throwing technique.
First insert the Anselmo bitter into the boston, then the scented Albergian framboise and finelly the Anselmo triple sec. Perform the throwing and then pour everything into a low tumbler; finally add on top the Erbaluce di Caluso Spumante DOCG (metodo classico). Decorate with anorange peel.
