This 250-member cooperative grows about 300 hectares of grapevines. It was founded in 1998 with the combination of two historic wine cellars from Astigiano. The attention the members pay to cultivation and the careful selection of individual batches of grapes from its 2,500 vineyards are the foundation for the many types of wine available (more than 40 in bottles, 12 in bags, 14 in bulk) produced with traditional winemaking techniques (fine wines) or innovations (new and sparkling wines).
The wines in the guide are made from grapes sourced in the Province of Turin. As a guarantee to their customers, the Terre dei Santi Winery exclusively uses the fruit of its members’ vineyards in its wine production. Direct sales to the end consumer is the favoured business channel.
